Ann was unhappy with her smile. Her teeth were discolored and broken down from attrition and wear over time.

Porcelain veneers, onlays, and full coverage crowns were placed on all 28 teeth. Due to the amount of breakdown, her bite was opened to restore her mouth to the proper occlusal dimension. We have turned back the "hands of time" returning Ann's smile to its original form, function and health.

Jim is a popular radio personality in the Metro Detroit area and was unhappy with the appearance of his smile. Frequently, he would be on television and it was critical for Jim to have the proper smile for close up camera work.

Porcelain veneers and full coverage restorations were placed on all 28 teeth. Due to previous restorations many of the posterior teeth had to be restored with full coverage porcelain crowns. Soft tissue recontouring helped achieve a more aesthetic result.

Jim is very happy and will often comment on how much more confident he feels when he smiles. As an extremely pleasant individual, he smiles all the time and knows he looks his best.

No matter how hard Kelly tried, she could never show her teeth when she smiled. Also, her upper lip lacked the support it needed to show the proper facial balance.

Only a slight reduction of her teeth was needed to place the 12 upper veneers. Her smile was restored by showing more teeth and at the same time, giving her upper lip more support to help balance her facial profile.

Kelly is proud of her new look. She also said, "I smile much more and I receive compliments on my teeth and smile all of the time". She traveled quite a ways for her appointments and appreciated the ease with scheduling appointments and how the entire staff would go "above and beyond to accommodate".

Theresa never smiled because she didn't like the look of her teeth. Not only did she have congenitally missing lateral incisors, but she also had a retained deciduous cuspid on her left side. With her permanent cuspids moved to the lateral incisor position and her midline deviating to her right, this created quite a compromise when she smiled.

Although a complicated smile to begin with, the rehabilitation of her mouth was quite simple. Nine upper veneers were placed to correct the shape of her teeth and improve the midline discrepancy. Her lower teeth were fine and simple bleaching allowed a match of a whiter shade than would have previously been acceptable.

Gretchen had lots of dentistry done over many years, by many different dentists. None of the restorations were the same and her smile looked speckled with crowns of all different colors. She hated her smile.

Crystal previously tried to fix her smile with bonding. This did not work very well for her. She is also missing an upper left cuspid and her smile is off center with a midline discrepancy. She refused to smile and it affected her emotionally.

Bleaching her lower teeth improved the color and allowed whiter porcelain to match her natural teeth. Ten veneers replaced her upper anterior teeth restoring her smile and correcting her midline discrepancy. No one can tell she is missing any teeth.

Crystal is very happy now and smiles all the time. She wrote, "Dear Dave, my thank you seems so small compared to all you've done for me, but it comes from the heart! You've helped me make molehills out of my mountains! Thank you! Love always, a "smiling" Crystal". This new smile changed her life.
